Thu Minh is one of Vietnam's most celebrated music icons, widely regarded as the “Queen of Dance-Pop” and “Vietnam's Celine Dion.” Known for her extraordinary soprano range and electrifying stage presence, she has shaped the sound of Vietnamese pop for over three decades — and continues to do so from her base in Singapore.
In 2006, her breakthrough single “Chuông Gió” (Wind Chime) won “Song of the Year,” while her album “Thiên Đàng” (Heaven) established her as a pioneering artist who helped introduce and popularize electronic dance music in Vietnam. From that point, she began to dominate the professional dance-pop scene in the country.
